Truck freight items (such as hoods, fenders, roll bars, etc.) are not included in the shipping amount. An American Mustang Parts salesperson will contact you about shipping charges for truck freight items. Orders which exceed FedEx/UPS standard handling weight will automatically calculate the shipping at a $0 amount. An American Mustang Parts salesperson will contact you about shipping charges for these orders.

Returns ...

Upon receipt of your order, please check the contents immediately against items listed as shipped on the packing slip. Items damaged or missing in transit are the sole responsibility of the carrier. If you notice damage to a box, please note it immediately and contact us within 24 hours so that a damaged/loss claim can be filed. If you receive an item from us and are not happy with it, please email us at amp@american-mustang.com. Please include your full name, address and phone number, we will contact you within 1-2 business days. We will accept the return of any unsatisfactory item provided it is unused and in resalable condition. All returns require an RMA number, call or email to request an RMA. Send return with a copy of your invoice within 30 days of the date of order shipment. Returns must be prepaid; we do not accept collect or postage due returns. We do not refund any shipping charges. We also don't cover any taxes or customs brokers fees that you may be charged when receiving your orders or replacement orders from outside the U.S. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items such as electrical items, literature, videos, computer software or Manufactured by Ford Racing will not be accepted for return.
